Payment Policy: 

Location:

In-person lessons (private and group) take place in the lower level rooms at St John the Evangelist Church at 280 St James Street, London. Please enter the church through the office door off of the parking on St James St. Your instructor will meet you in the waiting area, just inside the first set of doors, to bring you to your lesson room. Online lessons take place on zoom. You will receive a zoom link once lessons are confirmed. 

Tuition: 

Tuition is based upon the amount of lessons that will be taught during the month and the student’s rate per lesson. Tuition is paid monthly before the first lesson of the month. Payment is accepted by cash, cheque (made out to Celina’s String Studio), email transfer (to info@celinasstringstudio.com), credit card and PayPal through our website www.celinasstringstudio.com. 

Payment Policy: 

Payment for the up coming month is due before the first lesson of the month. If you know you are going to be away the first lesson of the month, please make arrangements for payment in advance. Some months will have 4 lessons, others will have 5 lessons. Please take note of how many lessons you will have every month. 

Cancellation/Illness Policy:                                                                                                                         Lessons cancelled by your instructor, for any reason, will be refunded or credited towards the next lesson, unless a makeup lesson is requested by the student. If a student needs to cancel their lesson (weather/illness included), at least 48 hours notice is required. No exceptions. Students can reschedule two make up lessons per year. Students need to reschedule the missed lesson within 2 weeks of cancellation. Any lessons that not made up during this period will be charged, no exceptions. 

Make up Lesson Policy: 
Make up lessons need to be made up with in two weeks of the missed lesson and are booked on a first come first serve basis. Any lessons that not made up during this period will be charged, no exceptions. 

No Show Policy:                                                                                                                                                Any lessons missed due to not showing up to the lesson will be charged. No exceptions. 

Vacation/Multiple Missed Lesson Policy:                                                                                                            If a student knows in advance that they will miss two or more lessons in a row, a $5.00 fee is required to hold their weekly lesson time. 

Termination of Lessons:                                                                                                                                 Students may cancel their lessons at anytime by emailing Celina’s String Studio in advance. Students are required to give two weeks notice. A refund will not be issued if lessons are cancelled midway through the month. 

Supplies: 
Students are responsible for the purchase of their music books, supplies & upkeep of their instrument. Celina’s String Studio will try to accommodate any student in need of supplies. Please bring all materials to every lesson.
